Mayor Sarno said, “His honor is not only a defense attorney’s dream, but more unfortunately, a violent offender’s dream. When will our state legislature move on my bail legislation to check and stop such judges’ lenient actions in order to keep these violent offenders off our streets and out of our neighborhoods?”
