Mayor Sarno was happy to have former Springfield Mayor Bob Markel (1992-1995) in for a great visit this afternoon. Mr. Markel was Mayor Sarno's political science professor at American International College and still has his hair cut by the Mayor's father, Alfonso Sarno.
