Mayor Sarno and Parks Department Recognize International Fellows

Mayor Domenic J. Sarno and Patrick Sullivan, Executive Director of Parks, Buildings and Recreation Management, and David Bloniarz of the U.S. Forest Service (and Regreen Springfield) recognized the five International Fellows who have been working in Springfield and the Pioneer Valley today at the Carriage House in Forest Park. The Fellows have been working on environmental stewardship projects as part of their six-week exchange with regional agencies and organizations.

The Department of Parks, Buildings and Recreation Management hosted Fellows from Mexico, Peru and Uruguay, as part of their exchange sponsored by the U.S. Department of State.
