PVTA Announces Move to Union Station

On Friday, April 28th, Congressman Richard E. Neal, Mayor Domenic J. Sarno, and Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) Administrator Mary MacInnes announced a 95-year lease for the PVTA to move its offices to Union Station. The lease agreement includes a total of 18 bus berths for the PVTA, and approximately 2,300 square feet of support space, as well as 1,800 square feet of the waiting area inside of the station. The renovated station will re-open as a state-of-the-art intermodal transportation center this summer following its $95 million restoration.
