Yesterday the Springfield Central Cultural District brought their Art Stop program to Downtown Springfield for the second time. Stakeholders and attendees began the event at Make-It Springfield with a wine and cheese reception before moving along to pop-up art galleries and live street music at New England Public Radio, 1550 Main Street, and UMass Springfield at Tower Square.
