Mayor Sarno, Superintendent Warwick Continue Partnership with MSBA for More School Improvements

Mayor Domenic J. Sarno, Superintendent of Schools Daniel Warwick, Chief Administrative and Financial Officer TJ Plante, Executive Director of Parks, Recreation and Building Management Patrick Sullivan and Capital Asset Director Peter Garvey today met with Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) Executive Director Jack McCarthy and Director of Administration and Operations Matt Donovan on continuing to advance more new schools and rehabbing school projects.

Mayor Sarno stated, “I can’t say enough about the very generous efforts under State Treasurer Deb Goldberg. We’ve had a great partnership and have secured nearly half a billion dollars in physical plant school improvements to date with more to come.”

“We are ever so grateful for the significant and unwavering support that Treasurer Goldberg and the MSBA have given our schools,” said Superintendent Daniel Warwick. “Their work lies in the bricks and mortar, which is literally, the foundation of the education process. We are thankful for their continued commitment.”
