Mayor Sarno welcomed the 2016 Miss Latina Western Mass Beauty Pageant winners and their families to his office today and presented each with an official citation for their accomplishments. The winners are:
Miss Teen Latina Western Mass: Emahnie Maldonado
Miss Pre-Teen Latina Western Mass: Yumalai Melendez
Miss Mini Latina Western Mass: Janeisha Rivera
