Mayor Domenic J. Sarno states, “Due to the blizzard and upon recommendation of emergency preparedness officials Springfield City Hall will open at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2017. This pertains to all non-emergency employees. All city emergency and essential services will be intact.”
