Due to the major Winter Storm ‘Niko’ and upon recommendation of emergency preparedness officials Springfield City Hall will be closed Thursday, February 9, 2017. This pertains to all non-emergency employees. Also, if possible, we urge that residents stay off the roads. All city emergency and essential services will be intact. Please, again be prepared and stay safe.
