Springfield a Top Christmas Town in Massachusetts

Sarno is happy to announce that Springfield was recently named one of the 12 Most Enchanting, Magical Christmas Towns In Massachusetts by

Mayor Sarno stated, “’We made another good list!’ I’d really like to commend the Spirit of Springfield, Judy Matt and our generous business community benefactors for again ‘putting us on the map.’ It’s a good and unique private and public collaboration.”

Coming in at #7, the website states that “Springfield makes the list due to the town's stunning Bright Nights at Forest Park light display. Cruise through the largest holiday light display in New England on a horse-drawn carriage, or from the comfort of your own car. Since 1995, Bright Nights has been a unique public/private partnership between the City of Springfield’s Department of Parks, Buildings and Recreation Management and the Spirit of Springfield.
