Springfield Sting Announce 2016-17 Game Schedule and Online Ticket Sale Date

The Springfield Sting of the American Basketball Association has officially released its contest schedule for the 2016-17 campaign. The inaugural season for the expansion ABA franchise will feature ten games at the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame, along with ten away contests.

The season commences with a tip off against New Jersey on November 5 in Springfield. Included in the season schedule are games against New Jersey, New York, Boston, Long Island, and New England (Worcester).

“The Northeast Division is tough and gritty – but one that has great potential for the Sting,” said General Manager and Head Coach Dr. Steve Sobel. “Our squad is shaping up, and I’m confident we are going to compete with the best this league has to offer.”

Single game tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for children 12 and under, seniors, and college and high school students with a valid ID. Season tickets will also be available online at $79 for adults and $49 for seniors, children 12 and under and college and high school students with a valid ID.
