City resident Ethel Neigher celebrated her 100th birthday surrounded by friends and family this past Sunday, October 2nd at Twin Hills Country Club. Mayor Sarno was proud to be there with her on the momentous occasion, and presented her with an official proclamation declaring the date as “Ethel Neigher Day” in the City of Springfield.
