Mayor Domenic J. Sarno and Chief of Staff Denise Jordan joined UBS Financial Services Branch Manager Gabriel D'Amica and his staff this morning for breakfast at their Monarch Place Office. The 38-member staff has committed over 450 volunteer hours of community service this summer to organizations within the City including Habitat for Humanity; Friends of the Homeless and the Springfield Museums. Additionally, many of the branch employees are actively involved within the city and the surrounding community as board members of MA & RI Make a Wish Foundation, Bay State Hospital, Bay Path College, Phoenix Charter Academy, Association for Community Living, Valley Eye Radio, and the Springfield Jewish Federation. Mayor Sarno spoke to the group about the exciting developments happening within the City of Springfield, and thanked them for their continued service and dedication.
