Students from South End Middle School paid a special visit to City Hall yesterday. Mayor Domenic J. Sarno welcomed the class and their teachers, taught them about his role as Mayor, and the process of governing in the City of Springfield. After a question and answer session, Director of Constituent Services Bill Baker, participated in a mock City Council meeting with the group and led them on a tour of historic City Hall.
