Mayor Sarno, Mayor Morse, Congressman Neal, MGM Springfield, Holyoke Community College Announce The MGM Resorts HCC Center for Hospitality and Culinary Arts

Mayor Domenic J. Sarno joined Congressman Richard E. Neal, Holyoke Mayor Alex Morse, Holyoke Community College (HCC) President Dr. Bill Messner, MGM Springfield President and COO Mike Mathis, MGM Springfield Vice President and General Counsel Seth Stratton, Anton Nikodemus, Regional Chief Operations for MGM Resorts International,and Wanda Gispert, Regional Vice President, Workforce and Talent Development for MGM Resorts International, to announce the MGM Resorts HCC Center for Hospitality and Culinary Arts. The only center of its kind in Western Massachusetts will be housed in the Cubit Building in downtown Holyoke, and will serve to enhance the region’s hospitality workforce. Classes will be administered by HCC and by Training and Workforce Options (TWO), a joint program between Springfield Technical Community College (STCC) and HCC.
