Mayor Domenic J. Sarno gave the keynote address today to the Corporation for Public Management’s Young Parents Program (YPP) graduation ceremony, and helped pass out graduation certificates to the Class of 2016. The YPP helps young parents earn their GEDs and gain valuable job and parenting skills.
