Senators James Welch and Eric Lesser were announced as Co-Chairmen of the World's Largest Pancake Breakfast for 2016 by the Spirit of Springfield, Mayor Domenic J. Sarno, and past Chairman, MGM Springfield President Mike Mathis. The annual event will be held in downtown Springfield on Saturday, May 14 from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. A dining table will run down Main Street from Court Square to Tower Square and the event menu will feature pancakes, bacon, and coffee.
