Mayor Domenic J. Sarno hosted the American International College (AIC) Men's Rugby team at City Hall on Thursday, Jan. 28 to recognize their outstanding past season. The team finished the 2015 regular season undefeated and ranked as the number one rugby team in the nation by This is American Rugby.
