WESTFIELD, MA. – The Commonwealth-FEMA Disaster Recovery Center in Springfield will close at 4 p.m., Friday, Aug. 5, 2011, and reopen in the same location as a Small Business Administration Disaster Loan Outreach Center at 8 a.m. Monday, Aug. 8.
The SBA Disaster Loan Outreach Center will operate at:

Springfield, Massachusetts 01105
Hours will be 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and closed weekends until further notice.
SBA customer service representatives will be available at the SBA center to assist individuals and business owners in Hampden and Worcester counties who suffered losses due to the June 1 severe storms and tornadoes. A representative from the Federal Emergency Management Agency will be on hand to help tornado survivors.
SBA staff members can issue loan applications and answer questions about SBA’s disaster loan program. They can also help individuals complete their applications and close their approved disaster loans.
The deadline for submitting an SBA disaster loan application – as well as applying for FEMA
assistance – is Aug. 15, 2011.
Also, the SBA Disaster Loan Outreach Center in Monson will continue operating until further notice at:

Hours for the Monson SBA center will be 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and closed weekends.
