The 2009 Springfield Developer Conference drew a crowd of over 240 developers and real-estate professionals to the MassMutual Center on October 30, 2009, more than double the size of the city's last developer conference. Guest speakers included Dee Brown, Head Coach for the Springfield Armor and Massachusetts Housing & Economic Development Secretary Greg Bialecki.
