City Hall celebrated the start of Black history Month with an African American heritage flag raising ceremony on the steps of City Hall. The flag raising was sponsored by Suez Temple No. 114 and the Urban League of Greater Springfield. Mayor Domenic Sarno made remarks during the flag raising ceremony. More
