The Springfield Police Department's Clerk's Office will be unable to accept walk-ins and will only be able to serve those with appointments only beginning Tuesday December 19th until the morning of Tuesday December 26th due to COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols in combination with pre-existing staff vacations. The lobby will remain open for the public for any police matters.
