The City of Springfield’s Human Resources Department held the city’s first Ugly Holiday Sweater contest for city employees today. Many employees enthusiastically participated to win the coveted title of “Ugliest Sweater.”
Mayor Domenic J. Sarno stated, “We have a great bunch of city hall employees and I really appreciate them spreading the holiday cheer. Shout out and thank you to our HR team for organizing this and to all those who participated. And by the way, thanks for stopping by my office – it was the best meeting of my day! Buon Natale!
