Mayor Domenic J. Sarno joined with Governor Charlie Baker, Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) Secretary Bethany A. Card, and Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) Commissioner Douglas Rice today for the DCR’s Summer Nights 2022 Kick-Off event at South End Community Center (SECC), along with SECC Executive Director Wesley Jackson. Representatives Carlos Gonzalez and Bud Williams also joined.
Mayor Domenic J. Sarno stated, “First of all, my continued thanks to Governor Baker and Lt. Governor Polito for their continued belief and investment in youth development initiatives. The Summer Nights program not only keeps our students engaged in positive activities, but just as important, as they’re having fun, they’re building relationships and learning too.”
