Mayor Sarno Congratulates Ray Berry and White Lion Brewing for Winning Associated Industries of Massachusetts Next Century Award for 2021

Mayor Sarno states, “Congratulations and a big shout-out to Ray Berry and his dedicated team at White Lion on this well-deserved award.  Back in June, I had the honor to join with Ray and his team for the opening of their Tap Room in our Springfield Tower Square with special guest Jim Koch, owner of Boston Brewing, the maker of Sam Adams beer.  It was a wonderful event and White Lion Brewing has been roaring ever since!  Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, their perseverance, belief, hard work and investment has paid off as they continue to be recognized across the state for efforts.  Way to go Ray and Team and Congratulations!  I’ll take the White Lion Cream Ale to go!”
