Mayor Sarno stated, “It was good to see and talk with my old friend and well respected faith community leader Pastor J.P. Morgan, Jr. We discussed many important matters including the ongoing COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic and this new Delta variant and job creation aspects. I am looking forward to continuing to work together with Pastor Morgan, Jr. to meet our community needs. Pastor Morgan, Jr. is a passionate and successful leader in our community and ‘the apple doesn’t fall to far from the tree’, with his late father the late Bishop J.P. Morgan, Sr. who I had the pleasure and honor of knowing and receiving very sound wisdom and advice from.”
