Mayor Sarno and HHS Commissioner Caulton-Harris Joined with the Brethren Community Foundation for Juneteenth Celebration

Mayor Sarno stated, “I have thoroughly enjoyed joining with the Brethren Community Foundation in celebrating previous Juneteenth Celebrations and this year will be no different.  As stated, Juneteenth is a celebration that comes from the soul and spirit of people coming together from the heart.  Special shout-out to this year’s award recipients, Dr. Shirley Ann Jackson Whitaker, Dr. Wilmore Webley, and especially our own dedicated and compassionate Health and Human Services Commissioner the elegant Helen Caulton-Harris.”
