Mayor Domenic J. AIM’s Commonwealth Conversations series is a set of quarterly virtual briefings on key political issues with key Massachusetts policy makers. Over a year after COVID-19 struck, forcing businesses to close or scale back; we will examine efforts at the municipal level to get people back to work and local businesses flourishing again. A distinct panel of Massachusetts Mayors will discuss the impacts of COVID on their cities, what they are doing to restore and regrow the economy – including infrastructure investments and local support efforts, and how efforts around vaccinations are progressing. Please join Mayor Sarno of Springfield, Mayor Driscoll of Salem, Mayor Spicer of Framingham, and Mayor Vasquez of Lawrence, as they share their stories of economic recovery. As we know, all politics is local, so don’t miss this local perspective on rebuilding and reviving our local economies.
