Mayor Sarno Joined for Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to Celebrate 413 Café Grand Opening

Mayor Domenic J. Sarno today joined with Christina Raschi, owner of the new 413 Café in downtown Springfield, for a ribbon cutting ceremony where he presented a proclamation declaring Tuesday August 11, 2020 “413 Café Day” in the City of Springfield.

Ms. Raschi founded her 413 Café in March 2020 and postponed her plans to open due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus. She is excited to announce that 413 Café is now safely open for business at the site of the former Johnson’s Bookstore located at 1383 Main St. Rear (Marketplace), Springfield, MA 01103.

Mayor Sarno stated, “Especially during these challenging times we face, I deeply appreciate Ms. Raschi’s continued belief and investment in our Springfield.”
