Mayor Sarno joined with Spirit of Springfield in Tower Square’s Center Court (across from Dunkin Donuts) Friday, November 22, 2019, at 10:30AM, to announce plans for the Annual Holiday Parade and the 2019 Parade Marshall. They joined by Fred Christensen, Tower Square General Manager, Attorney Melinda Phelps, Spirit of Springfield Chair, and Judy Matt, Spirit of Springfield President. This year, the parade is being sponsored by Tower Square. Additional support is being provided by the MGM Springfield, Springfield Thunderbirds, Gleason Johndrow Landscaping and the Eastern States Exposition.
