Springfield, MA – Mayor Domenic J. Sarno states, 1st of all, congratulations to and thanks to all the Buy Springfield Now raffle winners for their belief and investment in our Springfield. Also, to all our Buy Springfield Committee members, Minerva “Minnie” Marrero of my office and our business and Real Estate participants for their generous efforts to have families buy in Springfield. We have great buys and neighborhoods too.
This 1st time home owner program is enticing individuals and families to take a 1st look, if not a 2nd look at what our city has to offer. Moyah Smith, President of Buy Springfield Now states “for the past 11 years, the Buy Springfield Now Committee has continued to educate, encourage and help homebuyers in the process of purchasing homes and most importantly to BUY AND LIVE in Springfield. “ Buy Springfield Now is a collaboration of a number of Springfield vendors who work collaboratively to achieve these goals. Rocky’s Ace Hardware has become one of these vendors. Rocky’s has donated GIFT CARDS up to $500.00 to present to customers who purchase homes in Springfield. At 12:15pm today in Springfield City Hall in room 220, Mayor Sarno and the committee of Buy Springfield Now will be presenting the four lucky winners the gift cards.
