On Wednesday, March 8th, Mayor Domenic J. Sarno joined CRRC MA Vice President Jia Bo and CRRC MA Springfield Facility General Manager Mark Smith at a reception in honor of area workers headed to Changchun, China as a part of the company’s Technology Transfer Program. The workers will learn skills in preparation for the opening of CRRC MA in Springfield in 2018. Attendees included Chief Development Officer Kevin Kennedy, EDC President & CEO Rick Sullivan, Regional Employment Board President David Cruise, and State Representative Jose Tosado.
