Springfield, MA- Mayor Domenic J. Sarno will speak at an Interfaith Council sponsored event to be held at the Jewish Community Center (JCC) to denounce hate against Jewish, Muslim and Christian communities. This event comes on the heels of the recent bomb threat at our Springfield JCC. Mayor Sarno has been in contact with JCC officials and Police Commissioner John Barbieri since last Friday and visited the JCC last Saturday morning to reassure them of continued public safety deployments. The event starts this evening at 6:00 p.m. at the Springfield JCC, located at 1160 Dickinson Street.
