The Office of Community Development offers grant funding for 501c3 non-profit organizations for rehabilitation needs to buildings owned by the non-profit organization.  These grant funding opportunities happen on an annual basis.  Request for Proposals (RFP) for funding opportunities will be advertised on this page.  The next opportunity for funding will be announced in Winter 2026/2027.
