The Office of Housing works to sell foreclosed tax title properties to qualified purchasers who will redevelop the properties to eliminate blight and improve the quality of life in the City's neighborhoods.

This vacant lot in the Indian Orchard neighborhood had become a frequent target for illegal dumping prior to the City's foreclosure for the non-payment of taxes. The vacant lot was then auctioned by the City to a private developer who has constructed a new single family home.
This abandoned property in the City's Upper Hill neighborhood was foreclosed by the City for the non-payment of property taxes. It was sold through an RFP to a non-profit developer who has rehabiltated the formerly dilapitated property.
