What is this Certification Program?

This Small Business Certification Program is more specifically called the City of Springfield Small Business, Minority, and Women Business Enterprise Certification Program. The goal of this program is to provide diverse and small businesses with opportunities to participate in the Commonwealth's  and the City of Springfield's (COS) economic activities. COS will work in conjunction with the Commonwealth's Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) to facilitate certifications as a Third-Party Certifier.

Registration of an account on the Certification Tracking System does NOT guarantee certification of your business. Business account users must submit an application for certification after creating their account in the system.
