Steve Beem, Assistant Deputy of Operations for Street Maintenance under the direction of Vinny DeSantis, Deputy Director of Operations and Maintenance for the Department manages the staff of this Division.  The Division has recently refocused on the "CORE" services of pavement maintenance and storm water maintenance.
