The Department is currently taking an inventory of all city owned signs. There are upwards of 20,000 of these signs throughout the City. Parking, street name, traffic warning, speed limit, detour, informational signs, of which, most are manufactured and maintained by the Traffic Division. It is a full time job for three employees to keep up with the replacement of signs due to vandalism, fading and accident damage. If you need to report a damaged or missing sign please call 736-3111
