at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bid documents and specifications will be available beginning August 18, 2025, through the City’s website; www.springfieldcityhall.com.

The Springfield Library Department is seeking to obtain a price agreement for Courier Delivery Services. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $54,000.00 per year. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5 and other procurement statutes.

All questions regarding the bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than August 25, 2025 by 4:30 P.M. (nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com). The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
