25-011 - RFP: Parent Engagement Platform
End date: Tuesday August 6, 2024 at 2 p.m.The Springfield Public Schools is requesting proposals for the services of a qualified contractor to provide services to decrease chronic absenteeism through an engagement lens. The plan should include an engagement system implementation plan and coaching, division-wide engagement toolkit, including training materials, and a data system for quantifying engagement.
Estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $130,000.00. The term of the contract shall cover the time period between September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025. This contract shall include an option to renew for one additional one-year term to be exercised at the Citys sole discretion.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received in writing to the Chief Procurement Officer Lauren Stabilo at lstabilo@springfieldcityhall.com and jmaxey@springfieldcityhall.com no later than July 30, 2024 by 4:00 pm.
