25-011 - RFP: Parent Engagement Platform

End date: Tuesday August 6, 2024 at 2 p.m.

The Springfield Public Schools is requesting proposals for the services of a qualified contractor to provide services to decrease chronic absenteeism through an engagement lens. The plan should include an engagement system implementation plan and coaching, division-wide engagement toolkit, including training materials, and a data system for quantifying engagement.

Estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $130,000.00. The term of the contract shall cover the time period between September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025. This contract shall include an option to renew for one additional one-year term to be exercised at the Citys sole discretion.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
