25-001 - PA: Musical Instruments, Supplies and Accessories

Please refer to the bid number and opening date when requesting. This Invitation for Bid is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B.
The Springfield Public School Department is seeking to obtain a price agreement to purchase high-quality musical instruments, supplies and accessories for various Springfield Public Schools. The vendor will provide a hand inspection, play test and hand delivery (by the vendors employee) for all instruments, supplies and equipment to individual Springfield Public Schools locations. Nothing will be drop shipped, and nothing will need to be unpacked by the school.
The estimated cost is $ 330,000.00 per year. The term of the contract shall cover the time period between July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. This contract shall include an option to renew for two additional one-year terms.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
