City is requesting bids on the sale of eight (8) obsolete/surplus Fire Department vehicles. Bidders wishing to view items may do so by contacting Steve Balboni at (413) 750-2411 at Springfield Fire Department – Repair Division at 1535 Roosevelt Ave., Springfield, MA 01109.

All questions regarding the bid or its specifications must be made in writing and emailed to Abbie Kusekoski akusekoski@springfielcityhall.com or faxed to the Office of Procurement (413)787-6295 no later than April 9, 2024 in order to be considered. Answers to questions will be made through numbered addenda issued by the city. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
