24-183 - Consultant to Design & Conduct Assessment Center for Hiring/ Selecting Deputy Police Chiefs

The City of Springfield is seeking proposals, in the form of bids, from qualified and experienced Prospective Consultants to provide services for the hiring of permanent Deputy Chiefs of Police through an internal promotional process using an Assessment Center that complies with Massachusetts Civil Service Law, M.G.L. c. 31, Rules, and Regulations.

Questions are due by 4:30 P.M. on March 11, 2024. Questions can be emailed to nsantaniello@springfieldcityhall.com.
