23-201 - Purchase of (8) Portable Electric Motor Control Learning System Trainers w/ Supporting Services

The City of Springfield, through the School Department is seeking competitive bids for the purchase of (8) Portable Electric Motor Control Learning System Trainers with supporting services, with a minimum of 2 day on site training to be used at the Roger L Putnam Vocational Technical Academy.

Bid documents and specifications will be available at no charge beginning June 12, 2023 at the Office of Procurement or by requesting a copy on the Citys website on the Procurement Departments page at www.springfieldcityhall.com. This Invitation for Bids is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B.

The estimated cost is $120,000.00.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be in writing and received by the Office of Procurement no later than June 20, 2023 at 4:30 P.M. to Julie Maxey jmaxey@springfieldcityhall.com.
