RFPs will be received until 2:00 P.M. (EST) on: April 28, 2023 by: Chief Procurement Officer, Lauren Stabilo at the Office of Procurement in City Hall, 36 Court Street, Room 307 Springfield MA 01103.
Bid documents and specifications will be available at no charge beginning Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 9:00 AM by requesting a copy on the City’s website www.springfieldcityhall.com or email to lstabilo@springfieldcityhall.com

18 Highland Street: The City is most interested in proposals that will renovate 18 Highland Street to an
owner- occupied, single-family, house. The City envisions a restoration that maintains the character of the home. Alternately, the City will consider proposals to demolish the existing structure and build a new owner-occupied single-family home that fits the character of the neighborhood and surrounding homes. Assessed value: $182,100.
Site Visit: property will be open on the following date and times for interested proposers: April 5, 2023 @ 9:00 AM

Bid questions: In order to provide prompt answers to questions, the Chief Procurement Officer requests that all proposers submit written questions to the Office of Procurement, not later than April 18, 2023. Questions may be faxed or e-mailed, fax number is (413) 787-6295 or email lstabilo@springfieldcityhall.com and vadorno@springfieldcityhall.com The Procurement Office will compile written answers which will be emailed back to all Proposers who requested a copy of the RFP by 4 pm on April 21, 2023.

The Chief Procurement Officer may, in its sole and absolute discretion, reject any and all, or parts of any and all proposals; may re-advertise this RFP if so inclined; postpone or cancel at any time this RFP process; change, adjust, or modify the anticipated schedule of events.
