23-115 - RFP: Parent Engagement Platform

End date: Tuesday March 7, 2023 at 2 p.m.

Bid documents can be requested through the Citys website; www.springfieldcityhall.com beginning on February 21, 2023. This RFP is subject to M.G.L. c. 30B section 6.

The Springfield Public Schools is requesting proposals for the services of a qualified contractor to provide a parent engagement platform. The contractor shall be responsible for designing videos, hosting content, deploying, and maintaining a website dedicated to family engagement and family support as further specified in this RFP.

Estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $194,000.00. The initial term of the Contract will be for one year and will contain (1) one-year renewal option, to be exercised at the Citys sole discretion.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all proposals if it is in the public interest to do so.

All questions regarding the RFP or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement on or before February 28, 2023 by 4:00 PM.
