The City of Springfield is issuing this Invitation for Bids to all interested contractors for the provision of labor and materials necessary to complete the replacement of the main domestic water line serving the Springfield Police Department Headquarters, 130 Pearl Street., Springfield, MA. The City hereby requests competitive sealed bids in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149.

All questions must be submitted in writing and received no later than October 18, 2022 to hbutton@springfieldcityhall.com by 4:00 P.M. EST in order to be considered. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. The Deputy Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
