The Department of Parks, Buildings & Recreation Management, Facilities Division, is seeking Contractors to Turf Sprinkler Management and Maintenance services at various City locations. The Contract will be a price agreement for an as needed, on-call basis.

The City intends to award a contract to up a Single vendor that is the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. The estimated value of the contract(s) is One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) per year (if awarded to one vendor). The City will retain Two (2) one-year renewal options to be exercises at its sole discretion.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than June 3, 2021 by 4:30 P.M. to Katie Vegh at kvegh@springfieldcityhall.com . The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
