Sealed bids for a Prime Contractor contract are requested through the Office of Procurement. Bidding procedures are per Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L.) Chapter 30§39M as amended and other applicable statutes.

Bids for Prime/General Contractor will be accepted at the Office of Procurement (Room 307 City Hall) until 2:00PM EST on June 25, 2020, at which time they will be publicly opened and read via teleconference. Call in Number: (413) 784-4951, ID# 312372#.

The City is seeking bids from qualified firms to enter into an agreement to perform parking lot improvements located at 415 State St. in Springfield, MA. Project is estimated not to exceed $100,000.00

An optional Site Visit has been scheduled for 6/16/20 at 10:00 A.M, on-site at Commerce School. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit. Contact Jonathan Carignan at jcarignan@springfieldcityhall.com.

Contractor must agree to pay MA Prevailing Wage rates whenever applicable. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to revoke, any or all bids, if in the public interest to do so. All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be made in writing and received by the Office of Procurement by June 18, 2020, 4:30 P.M. in order to be considered (contact; ttheocles@springfieldcityhall.com).
