at which time the bids will be privately opened and logged at the Office of Procurement.

RFP specifications can be requested in person at the Office of Procurement during normal business hours or through the City’s website, www.springfieldcityhall.com, for no charge.

The City of Springfield is soliciting proposals for Tax Title Management Services from qualified, full-service institutions with demonstrable experience in the municipal area. The City will pay for these services on a percentage of tax collected basis. The successful Proposer will be required to provide complete Tact Title Management services to the City commencing on or around February, 2020. The length of the Contract will be Three (3) years in length.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be made in writing and received by the Office of Procurement no later than 01/29/20 in order to be considered. Answers to questions will be made through numbered addenda issued by the City.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
